Ritu is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (CIMA), London as well as Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), London. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA).
Ritu brings over 25 years of extensive experience spanning Financial and Management Accounting including IFRS and GAAP Accounting, Institutional Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Strategy development and advisory, Grant and Fund Management, Financial Research, Bank Risk Analysis and Research etc.
Ritu’s key area of expertise is Strategic Financial Management and Monitoring in Development and Nonprofit organization. Prior to Recherche, Ritu has been associated with UN World Food Program, Children International, International Development Research Centre’s Asia Regional Office (IDRC_ARO), Thomson BankWatch etc.
Jyotika Kalia, is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with nearly 15 years of rich experience in Corporate Treasury Management and Financial Investment Advisory. Her key areas of expertise include Investment Consulting which includes Portfolio Management, Risk and Return Profile Investments and investing in Debt and Equity markets for both Corporate as well as Retail clients.
Over the years Jyotika has liaisoned and developed relationships with leading Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Fund Houses and Insurance companies for their different investment and lending products. At Recherche Reality Jyotika independently manages various Corporate and Retail loan and Investment Advisory services including Commercial and Residential Mortgages (both Home Loans and Loan Against Property), Affordable Housing Finance, SME Finance Loans, Other Retail loans, Real Estate Advisory and Transaction Structuring etc.
Prior to Recherche, Jyotika has been associated real estate development companies including M3M India and Emaar India Limited for nearly 13 years. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
Vikas is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and brings rich experience of two decades in the areas of accounting, audit, taxation, secretarial and regulatory compliance, corporate affairs etc.
Vikas specializes in the matters of direct and indirect taxes, deal structuring, corporate due diligence, forensic audit and company law matters. He has worked with clients from diverse industry sectors and structures including listed and unlisted entities, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), multi-national companies (MNCs), subsidiaries of foreign companies, liaison offices and non-for-profit organizations.
Vikas has been in practice for over two decades advising clients across India. He also specializes in accounting, payroll and e-bookkeeping outsourcing projects and assignments for both domestic as well as international clients.
Ishant is the youngest member of Team Recherche and is our Principal Consultant – Sourcing and Vendor Development for Recherche’s international trading initiatives.
Ishant is responsible for Recherche’s marketing and business development initiatives and also spearheads our wholesale and retail trading initiative dealing in dry fruits, whole spices, berries and seeds etc.
Ishant holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Honors Degree in Economics. Prior Recherche he was associated with FinPro Consultancy in Oman, Grant Thorton India and Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
Alok is an IT professional with vast experience spanning over 25 years in the fields of IT hardware, software, cloud computing, system security, internet risk assessment and mitigation strategies, VPN and CRM solutions etc.
Alok specializes in system integration, security and IT architecture designing, data and system migrations, cloud computing and security solutions and virtual private networks. He has successfully executed large assignments and projects for leading corporate houses and government agencies including the Income Tax Department, Election Commission of India.
Alok is currently Founder Director at Interlink Information Systems Private Limited, a company he founded in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed a number of IT related certification courses.

Manpreet is an accomplished research and analytics professional with 12+ years of experience in the areas of financial, business and market research solutions and services. Her niche areas of expertise are the bespoke research and content development domains wherein she has worked on numerous projects and has built and trained teams as well.
Manpreet also has extensive experience in conducting financial feasibility studies, supplier vulnerability studies, entity and business associate grading consulting projects. She has also carried out business associate and supplier due diligence and relative assessment of business schools and educational institutions.
Manpreet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Finance from ITM University, Warangal and Bachelor in Science – Information Technology & Computers from Guru Nanak Dev University. She has previously been associated with Karvy Global Limited, 3iAnalysis LLC and Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited and has worked with both international and domestic clients.
